Job Summary
The Quadient Inspire Designer/Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing document and mail generation workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer. The role requires expertise in document composition, including creating new templates, making major and minor template modifications, optimizing existing templates, and performing related design activities. The individual will also participate in testing enhancements and upgrades, migrating forms from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire, and ensuring scalable configurations aligned with enterprise standards. Candidates with strong experience in Quadient Inspire Scaler are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop applications for complex projects using Quadient Inspire packaged software and custom-built applications.
• Set up master workflows to support document template design using Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive.
• Optimize templates and review them to identify incorrect configurations or setup issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant user design trends, standards, and techniques.
• Import forms from existing legacy systems into Quadient Inspire.
• Provide guidance on environment setup and tool configurations in accordance with enterprise standards to support scalability.
• Design and configure applications to migrate forms from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire platforms.
• Participate in testing new enhancements and platform upgrades.
Required Qualifications
• Proficiency in Quadient Inspire Scaler, with strong hands-on experience.
• Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive, particularly versions R15/R16.
• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing document templates and mail generation workflows.
• Experience migrating forms from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire.
• Ability to configure environments and tools in alignment with enterprise standards.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Ransack, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Java scripting.
• Strong experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler is particularly preferred.
Primary Skills: Quadient Inspire Scaler (high proficiency), Inspire Interactive, Inspire Designer (R15/R16).
