Quality Systems Engineer III to join our dynamic team! This critical role ensures our processes consistently deliver outstanding quality from the ground up. What You'll Do:- Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to design, implement, and maintain robust process controls that eliminate errors and ensure superior product and service quality.
- Utilize quality systems such as Corrective Action, Internal/External Audits, Change Management, and Deviation Analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Plan, schedule, and execute internal quality audits, delivering insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
- Support and contribute to customer and regulatory agency audits, ensuring compliance and continuous enhancement of quality standards.
- Play a key role in New Product Development, ensuring robust design, strong manufacturing process capability, and effective quality control measures.
- Develop, refine, and uphold Quality Systems procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Lead and facilitate Change Management processes to ensure seamless implementation of quality initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and driving effective corrective actions.
- Conduct root-cause analysis forums, leveraging data trends and market insights to guide impactful quality improvements.
What You'll Bring:Education and Experience:Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline plus at least 7 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferably with 5 years in a quality focused role.
- Chemistry background preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Deep understanding of quality processes, ISO 9001 principles, and related standards.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical methods, including Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Strong risk-based decision-making skills to resolve complex quality challenges effectively.
- High-level customer interaction skills, with the ability to provide in-depth product knowledge.
- Proven experience leading major audits and conducting high-impact quality investigations.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
