This project sits at the forefront of critical infrastructure development, supporting the digital backbone that powers everything from cloud computing to AI. You'll be part of a team building a facility that plays a direct role in shaping how data is stored, processed, and delivered at scale. It's fast-paced, highly coordinated work with real, tangible impact.
The QA/QC Manager owns quality on a large-scale data center project, from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will build and run the project Quality Management Plan, lead inspections across civil, structural, architectural and MEP scopes, manage third-party testing, and drive deficiencies to closure. You will partner closely with the project team, trade partners, the owner and the commissioning agent so that critical systems are built right the first time and turned over on schedule. • Lead quality meetings, participate in project and OAC meetings, and serve as the primary quality contact for the owner and their representatives.
• Hold trade partners accountable for their QC programs and documentation while training project staff and subcontractors on quality procedures.
