5+ years of aerospace manufacturing quality experience.
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, RCCA, FAI, GD&T, Blueprint Reading, Nonconforming Material Control, and Internal Auditing.
Preferred certifications include ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).

Position
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative and leadership support to the QA Manager, and provides leadership to Quality inspection team members.
Responsibilities
Provides inspection support as needed to maintain through put and processing of product.
Keeps the QA Manager abreast of significant issues or developments identified during Quality activities and actions being taken to improve the situation.
Review and verifies non-conforming materials and initiating and following up on associated corrective actions as required. Maintains process performance charting.
Investigate customer returned goods and applies the appropriate actions and dispositions.
Conducting audits to ensure that all processes meet regulatory standards.
Support external audits (as applicable)
Training employees on new procedures or processes that impact their job responsibilities.
Monitoring employee attendance to ensure that the team has the manpower needed to complete projects on time.
Monitor employees' performance to identify areas for improvement or corrective action.
Lead root cause investigations utilizing 5-Why, Fishbone, RCCA, and other structured problem-solving methods.
Facilitate corrective and preventative action implementation.
Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and preventative measures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing variation and improving product quality. Internal procedures and quality engineering responsibilities emphasize root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement.
Required Qualifications

Working Conditions
