Key Responsibilities:- As a Python ETL Developer, you will be responsible for working closely with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects to model current and new data.
- Your day-to-day activities will involve understanding business requirements, designing data models that support those needs, and ensuring data integrity and usability across systems.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and refine data models that align with business strategies and technical requirements.
- Analyze complex data structures and provide insights to improve data quality and accessibility.
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data modeling standards and methodologies.
Note: role requires 80% onsite client work and client mandated time away 5 days per quarter
Basic Qualifications:- 5+ years of IT work experience
- Experience in Python, SQL
- ETL Development Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python Programming Language is required.
- Associates degree
Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced proficiency in ETL Development
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL Developer, Data Warehouse Tools, and Pandas Python Library
- Good Communication and Leadership skillset
- Experience in PANDA Framework
- Banking Finance domain knowledge and experience
