Job Title: Python Development Technical Lead
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Python Development Technical Lead that can be highly adaptable to lead agile execution for a fast-paced prototyping initiatives and Development Projects using AI. This role is focused on enabling a cross-functional team to rapidly design, build, and iterate on AI-driven solutions under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Python Development team and perform hands on design and development and assign tasks to the development team
Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with a focus on speed and code production and quality improvement
Remove impediments quickly to maintain team momentum in a rapid prototyping environment
Partner with product owners, AI engineers, data scientists, and designers to align priorities and sprint goals
Promote agile best practices while adapting frameworks to suit experimental and iterative AI development
Track sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables; provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team
Support backlog grooming and ensure user stories are well-defined and actionable
