Job Summary
The Python/AI Developer will work on projects leveraging expertise in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The role involves analyzing complex business problems, developing solutions, working with structured and unstructured datasets, processing large data streams in distributed computing environments, implementing batch and real-time model scoring, and delivering data-driven solutions while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Work on projects leveraging expertise in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Assist in breaking down complex business problems, developing solutions, and delivering outcomes with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, develop points of view, and communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply innovative thinking, resourcefulness, best practices, and creativity to achieve successful client outcomes.
• Establish relationships with clients at appropriate levels and gain an understanding of project work and challenges encountered.
• Work with datasets of varying sizes and complexity, including structured and unstructured data.
• Process and pipe massive data streams in distributed computing environments.
• Implement batch and real-time model scoring.
• Assemble large, complex datasets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Apply business knowledge to analyze data, develop reports, and solve problems.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis based on business needs.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of issues related to information flow and content with data stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience using Python to analyze disparate datasets.
• 3+ years of experience supporting data science projects in a consulting environment.
• 1+ year of experience with vector databases.
• 3+ years of experience participating in projects focused on one or more of the following areas: Building or Enhancing LLMs, LLM Data Ingestion, Statistics, AI/ML, or MLOps.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets and large-scale data streams.
