The anticipated base salary range for this position is:
- $120,000.00-$150,000.00 annually
- Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications and geographic location.

The RoleThe Public Sector Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the contracts for our Public Sector business. This will include working with our Sales Teams to get on the appropriate contracts, monitoring and maintaining the status of those contracts, and providing the necessary reporting. The goal for this role is to help enable the Sales Teams to grow their revenue in the Public Sector markets.
What You Will Do- Creates contract audit reporting and contract compliance guides.
- Collaborates with Sales Directors on public sector contracts training (quoting and ordering compliance).
- Audits monthly and quarterly Sales Audit Reports for accuracy.
- Addresses any compliance issues with Sales and/or Operations.
- Partners with Sales Directors to expand contract use within assigned states to grow revenue.
- Partners with Legal on new contract solicitation terms and conditions.
- Manages all new public sector contracts to ensure all compliance requirements are met between Marketing, HR, Finance, Public Sector Sales Management and Operations.
- Completes all weekly, quarterly, monthly reporting.
- Maintains Contract Price List management.
- Handles all general contract management- Main contact, review contract updates, contract modifications.
- On boards all new contracts.
- Works with Marketing to ensure that all required marketing events are held for contract compliance.
- Manages USAC Program compliance for E-Rate.
What We Are Looking For- 2-5 years' experience working with Public Sector Contract Vehicles
- Strong Communication Skills
- Analytical skills to develop plans for reporting, monitoring, and generating new contracts.
- Four-year College degree
- Familiarity with reporting tools
Travel Travel is occasionally required for this position. Must have a valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.
