We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about neurologic rehabilitation and specialty care to join our growing team in Ridgefield, CT.

What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on neurologic and functional outcomes
Develop individualized plans of care with an emphasis on quality and progression
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize innovative tools including HEP platforms, outcomes tracking, and RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring)
Build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers
What We're Looking For
Licensed PTA in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
Interest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation (training available)
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
A clinician who values patient-centered, high-quality care

Compensation:
Our target pay range listed for this position is $38.00 to $42.00 per hour and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
