Full Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time or Full-Time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our growing outpatient primary care practice in Rancho Mirage, CA.

Our practice provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with the benefit of in-house Psychiatry services, allowing our primary care providers to collaborate closely with behavioral health professionals and provide more coordinated care for our patients.

We are looking for a physician who values continuity of care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative approach to healthcare.

Position Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care visits
• Order and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic studies
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, COPD, and other common primary care conditions
• Provide preventive health screenings and patient education
• Coordinate referrals and specialty care when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, clinical staff, and administrative team members
• Promote continuity of care and a positive patient experience
