Role Summary:We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide high-quality psychological assessment, treatment, and therapeutic support for individuals in an inpatient behavioral health setting. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and guide patient-centered treatment planning. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact on patient recovery while contributing to a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial and annual psychological assessments, including testing, scoring, interpretation, and comprehensive written reports.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family formats.
- Maintain strong therapeutic alliances with patients and caregivers while facilitating treatment engagement.
- Participate in interdisciplinary clinical meetings and contribute to treatment planning decisions.
- Deliver psychoeducational and therapeutic programming for active treatment groups across the campus.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies, departmental standards, and HIPAA requirements.
- Recommend specialized evaluations and treatment approaches aligned with each patient's master treatment plan.
Required Qualifications:- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
- Active, valid license as a Psychologist from the Indiana State Psychology Board.
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, clinical practice, ethical guidelines, and laws governing psychological services in Indiana.
- Ability to administer and interpret psychological assessments and apply findings to diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
