Pay Range: $103,854.40 - $155,792.00

Summary:
The Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within an integrated behavioral health team. This role collaborates closely with psychiatrists and therapists to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conducts psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate functioning, support diagnosis, and guide treatment planning.
  • Administers, scores, and interprets psychological and neuropsychological testing as clinically indicated and within scope of competence.
  • Provides evidence-based therapy using appropriate modalities, including CBT, trauma-informed care, supportive therapy, and crisis intervention.
  • Develops and updates individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and treatment response.
  • Collaborates with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, nurses, behavioral health technicians, trainees, and other team members to support integrated care.
  • Provides patient and family education, resource linkage, and advocacy to improve engagement and outcomes.
  • Provides supervision, mentorship, and consultation to psychology trainees, postdoctoral fellows, and licensed or provisionally licensed therapists as assigned.
  • Maintains timely, accurate documentation and participates in case consultation, care planning, and department activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
