Experience working with adults aged 18 and older
Minimum of 3 years' experience preferred
New York State Licensure or eligibility to obtain

Responsibilities
Provide a full range of primary mental health services to adult patients
Consult and provide diagnostic and treatment services including medication management
Conduct crisis intervention services as needed
Maintain accurate documentation for all patient interactions
Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatric professionals

Overview
Job Description & Responsibilities
The Department of Psychiatry includes the Division of Inpatient Psychiatry (14 bed acute Inpatient Psychiatry unit expanding to 20 beds by the end of 2026, consults to Med-Surg inpatients at several affiliate hospitals, and consults to the Emergency Departments), and the Division of Outpatient Psychiatry (OMH-licensed clinic in Cooperstown NY) with satellites throughout the Bassett Network and extensive Tele psychiatry services
A diverse psychiatric team of physicians and PMHNP's.
Provide a full range of primary mental health services to our adult patient population with a focus on the promotion of optimal mental health,
Provides psychiatric consultation, diagnostic and treatment services to the identified patient population, including medication management and crisis intervention services
Maintain accurate documentation

Compensation
Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000
This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement.
