• Scope:Deliver comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care to adults, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (nurses, therapists, social workers, and advanced practice providers).
• Schedule:Flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours a week and 4 administrative hours.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong clinical skills in adult outpatient psychiatry preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a passion for patient-centered behavioral health care

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $300,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
