Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our
Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist you will join our dynamic
Psychiatric Associates team providing outpatient care in the
West Omaha area. Here you will join a team of psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, psychologists, licensed social workers and patient care navigators. Whether you are looking for inpatient or outpatient practice models, the CHI Health network has the flexibility to fit your career goals.
In this role you'd enjoy a consistent Monday - Friday schedule with shared call coverage. The flexibility to pursue a hybrid practice balancing inpatient and outpatient care, if desired.Your primary focus would be delivering essential treatment, intervention, and prevention services to children and youth from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing behavioral and substance abuse issues. Beyond direct patient care, you'd contribute to the academic environment through minor activities having a commitment to bedside teaching for our thriving resident and fellowship programs. - Ability to tailor your practice based on clinical interests and expertise
- Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing treatment utilizing medication, with an opportunity to also provide individual and/or family therapy
- This is a clinical educator position with outpatient direct patient care duties and will include supervision of residents and C/A fellows

We are offering a guaranteed two-year base salary, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance for new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements Required - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology - General Adult Psychiatry
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active or Eligible to obtain an unrestricted license in Iowa
- DEA in good standing with no restrictions
- BLS
- A record of excellence in clinical care and education
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high quality, compassionate care
