Do you want to build integrated systems on world-class Collins platforms? Do you enjoy pulling together a system to create a bigger picture? Do you enjoy networks and watching data flow through a system? In this role, you will coordinate portfolio execution of Missionized Globals and other civil-certified military platforms in our Integrated Avionics Systems Central Integration team. We provide the operating environment for our application teams and support them with tools and troubleshooting for integration points between applications. This role requires a person with strong technical leadership skills to help manage risk, dependencies, and staffing forecasts for the team within this portfolio.
Our team works across engineering disciplines to deliver world-class avionics systems to warfighters on several civil-certified cargo, tanker, and AEW&C aircraft.
What You Will Do: - You will coordinate priorities and schedules for development scope of Missionized Globals and other civil-certified military programs.
- You will perform System Integration and Integrated Modular Avionics Tables (IMAT) activities for this portfolio, including certification process development, requirements and verification, IMAT artifact updates, and SOI package preparation.
- You will participate in peer reviews and evaluation of artifacts for technical and process correctness.
- You will be responsible for cost and scope execution for selected project IMAT scope in the portfolio.
- You will develop or pre-review proposal narratives and estimates for integrator scope and build executable schedules for RLPM milestones and rolling wave planning.
- You will navigate through the bids & pursuits, adhering to Collins Processes.
- You will coordinate risk mitigation and opportunity enhancement for this IMAT portfolio team, especially where opportunities exist that span programs.

Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Project/Program management experience
Qualifications We Prefer: - Collins Aerospace's Pro Line Fusion experience as a platform systems or domain engineer.
- Experience with interface documentation tools such as ADE and Harvest.
- Experience with qualified tools and certified development plans using DO-178B/C and DO-330.
- Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience.
- Working knowledge of data buses and protocols (Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553B, and ARINC-429)
- Strong organizational skills including associated documentation.
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of technical and management personnel.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
