Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in utility transmission or substations.
• Experience working with voltages from 69kV to 500kV.
• Familiarity with SEL relays, RTAC, ASPEN, ETAP, and IEC-61850 standards.
• EPC project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop protection and control schemes for transmission and substation facilities.
• Perform relay settings calculations and coordination studies.
• Configure and commission protection relays from major brands like SEL, GE Multilin, Siemens, Hitachi Energy, and ABB.
• Prepare one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, panel layouts, and cable schedules.
• Support SCADA system integration and communications design.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and energization activities.
• Ensure compliance of designs with utility, NERC, IEEE, and IEC standards.
