Full Job Description
As Proposal Manager, you will manage and coordinate the organization's global proposal process with a focus on clear strategy, disciplined execution, strong collaboration, and compelling customer-focused storytelling. You will translate client needs, sales strategy, and organizational capabilities into persuasive proposals and presentations, while supporting revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and positioning World Travel, Inc. as a trusted business partner.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage timelines, coordinate inputs, maintain proposal content, and ensure every response reflects the client's priorities, WTI's value proposition, and the standards needed to compete effectively.

Key Outcomes

  • Deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals, RFIs, presentations, and sales materials that clearly communicate WTI's value and differentiation.
  • Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and review cycles to ensure accurate, complete, and on-time submissions.
  • Strengthen proposal quality, consistency, and efficiency through organized content management, reusable messaging, and disciplined process improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align proposed solutions with client needs, operational capabilities, pricing considerations, and implementation expectations.
  • Support revenue growth by helping Sales teams respond effectively to new business, rebid, and expansion opportunities.


Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end proposal process for assigned global RFPs, RFIs, rebids, presentations, and related sales response materials.
  • Translate client requirements into clear, differentiated, and commercially relevant proposal narratives.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to understand the opportunity, client priorities, decision criteria, competitive context, and win strategy.
  • Coordinate input from Operations, Technology, Finance, Client Services, Implementation, and other subject matter experts to develop complete and accurate responses.
  • Develop and refine proposal content, executive summaries, cover letters, presentation materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and improve a centralized proposal content library, including standard responses, company information, service descriptions, case examples, and approved messaging.
  • Manage proposal schedules, assignments, review checkpoints, approvals, and final submission requirements.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, polished, compliant with client instructions, and aligned with WTI's brand, voice, and value proposition.
  • Identify opportunities to improve proposal tools, templates, processes, and content quality.
  • Track proposal activity, themes, recurring questions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement and stronger future responses.
