This role will offer you the following daily challenges:As a Proposal Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex supplier proposals within the Space Business Area of Lockheed Martin (LM).
• Create LM Space proposals, cost and pricing data , and all other factors provided in support of the proposal.
• Confer with suppliers and analyze supplier operations to determine factors that affect price.
• Confer with LM Buyers and Technical Evaluators to ensure analysis accurately reflects findings.
• Prepare reports and charts that present findings, and support supplier negotiations as needed.
This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility one of the Coolest places to work: Denver, Colorado , and be expected to work in the office.Basic QualificationsTo be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education,
- 5+ years of professional experience,
- Previous professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e... Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management),
- Demonstrated ability to perform and apply cost accounting, pricing, and estimating concepts and principles,
- Demonstrated ability to conduct fact-finding exercises as needed to review basis of price/cost trends and development of key cost indicators,
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00
