Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in property management.
• Valid Driver's license is a necessity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Experience with industry-specific software such as YARDI or E-Site.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
• Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff.
• Manage the community's revenue and expenses to align with budgetary goals.
• Maintain accurate resident records and manage all A/P functions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for staff and residents.
• Conduct building inspections and ensure property standards are met.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to follow up on service requests.
• Enhance resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Perform detailed reporting and administrative tasks with accuracy.
