Your Responsibilities:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Manager. You will join a team responsible for a community of mixed-income family housing in Boston's historic Charlestown neighborhood. The work hours are 8:00-4:00 or 9:00-5:00, Monday-Friday. Under the direction of the Multi-Site Property Manager and Portfolio Property Director, you will be responsible for overall day-to-day operations including:
- Qualifying applicants for new occupancy.
- Leasing and recertifications.
- Completing AMR/MOR audits.
- Financial reporting
- Waitlist management.
- Rent collections.
- Legal management.
- Unit and common area inspections.
- Vendor management.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to complete apartment turnovers and work orders.
- Managing resident relations.
- Office management and supervision of staff.
Skills & Requirements Your Qualifications:We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Well-developed organizational and time management skills will also be key to success in this role.
- 2 years of experience at the Property Manager level or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC program administration is required.
- COS, CPO, C3P, or other certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; experience with Yardi is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 depending on previous experience.
