Description
Anchor Real Estate of Eastern North Carolina is hiring an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 150 single-family rental homes in Jacksonville and Onslow County.
This is a hands-on portfolio management role for someone who already knows residential property management and has professional experience using AppFolio. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your owners and residents, oversee the day-to-day performance of your portfolio, and have the authority and responsibility to keep issues moving toward resolution.
What makes this opportunity different is the level of ownership. You will not simply receive tasks or pass problems to the next person. You will manage your portfolio with established systems, proven processes, technology, vendors, and a team behind you.
If you are an experienced property manager who values autonomy, accountability, strong systems, and a company where property management is a core part of the business, this may be the right next step for you.
