The Role: Hands-On Operator and Team PlayerThe Property Manager is the day-to-day engine behind AllView's South OC portfolio. You will manage roughly 275 residential and multi-family units. This role means juggling inspections, vendors, tenants, and paperwork, often all in the same afternoon, and staying organized while doing it. If that sounds exhausting, this probably isn't for you, and that's okay. But if you get a rush from restoring order to chaos, take pride in a property that runs the way it's supposed to, and want to build something real with a team that has each other's backs, keep reading.
You'll work alongside a close-knit team that takes property management seriously without losing its sense of humor about the job. We move fast, we back each other up, and we don't hand off problems we can solve ourselves.

- Ensure timely completion of all lease renewals 45 days before expiration.

- Maintain Accounts Receivable for the region under 1%.
Property Managers who consistently hit these numbers don't stay in this seat forever.
