Job DescriptionThe Manager, Property Field Claims is accountable for leading a high-performing team of Field Property Advisors across Ontario. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Property Claims, this role supports the achievement of Allstate Canada's strategic objectives through strong operational leadership, employee development, customer-focused claim handling, and continuous process improvement.
The successful candidate will oversee field claim operations, drive performance against key business metrics, support catastrophe response efforts, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while fostering a highly engaged workforce.
Role Designation: Hybrid - Candidates must reside in Ontario, accessible to the Greater Toronto Area, and be willing to travel throughout the province as business needs require.

Accountabilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Property Field Advisors, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive performance across key business metrics, including customer experience, quality, productivity, cycle time, expense management, and indemnity control.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on property claims handling, coverage interpretation, investigations, reserving practices, estimating, and large loss management.
- Champion exceptional customer service through timely, fair, and efficient claim resolution, including support for escalated customer concerns.
- Support operational readiness and leadership during catastrophe (CAT) events, including resource planning and deployment activities.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and business objectives.
- Analyze performance trends and implement action plans that improve operational effectiveness and team results.
Qualifications- 5+ years of progressive Property Claims experience.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, coaching, mentoring, or technical leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of property claims, including coverage interpretation, investigation, estimating, and claim resolution.
- Proven ability to coach and develop employees while driving individual and team performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Ontario.
Bonus Qualifications- Previous Property Field Claims experience.
- CIP designation or actively pursuing completion.
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Experience leading teams through catastrophe events.
- Xactimate experience.
- FCIP designation.

CompensationExpected compensation for this role ranges from $ 77,200.00 - 124,075.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
