Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in PCA/PCNA or due diligence consulting.
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems and cost estimating.
• Excellent technical writing, project management, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Property Condition Needs Assessments (PCNAs).
• Evaluate commercial building systems including structural, site improvements, and MEP systems.
• Identify deficiencies and develop repair recommendations along with cost estimates.
• Prepare and review technical reports following ASTM standards.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and schedule commitments.
• Support a diverse client base including lenders, investors, and developers.
