About the Role:

As a CBRE Property Management Associate, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You'll Do:
• Work with the property Management team to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
• Managing and tracking Angus work order system. Ensuring SLA's are adhered to with reports provided to management team.
• Facilitates building work order processing and reporting to property management team.
• Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
• Review and process vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
• Support the contract and purchase order execution process.
• Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
• Facilitates communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
• Train and support onboarding of new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
• May participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
• Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
• Support your team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
• Other duties as directed by property leaders.

What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
• Experience with property accounting systems including Yardi and P2P preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

The minimum salary for the Property Administrator position is $80,000 annually [or $38.47 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Service Delivery Manager position is $99,500 annually [or $47.84 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
