Who you are:

As a Properties Project Manager, youwill be responsible for managing projects related to properties, security, and facilities management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing in-depth project plans that include project timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements. You will help bring value to the organization by not only spearheading change but by implementing tangible results that our customers can see. Using your inquisitive skills, servant leadership mindset and passion for people, you will help keep the ball rolling while monitoring projects that are in-progress, identifying and mitigating any risks that could impede the project being on time and within budget.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop in-depth project plans that include project timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements. Identify any interdependencies between other projects

  • Monitor and review projects that are in-progress. Ensure that timelines are being adhered to and that potential risks are identified and mitigated. Report project status to stakeholders

  • Act as a point of contact and escalation for vendors, providing guidance about expected results. Review, verify, and approve invoices from vendors

  • Ensure all expenditures follow the correct approval process as it relates to corporate policy

  • Identify all project costs, ensuring that relevant capital expenditure requests are completed

  • Develop and maintain relationships with construction professionals, vendors, and contractors. Work with these partners to ensure all services are rendered in a cost effective and responsive manner

  • Ensure that permitting requirements for each project meet the local requirements of the particular market

  • Verify that projects meet audit, compliance, and company policy requirements
