Responsibilities

• Develop and update the project schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Analyze contract drawings and specifications for project execution.
• Monitor project costs and manage company resources effectively.
• Create and maintain necessary project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee coordination of operations, including subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance on all project aspects.
• Exhibit leadership by fostering positive relationships with project staff.
• Enforce safety, quality, and efficiency standards in daily operations.
• Manage daily field activities to meet project deadlines successfully.
• Conduct weekly meetings with foremen to align project goals and address issues.
• Forecast project needs bi-weekly to identify and mitigate potential problems in advance.
