Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or in a similar leadership role.
• OSHA 30 Card and 62 HR SST certifications required.
• Valid driver's license necessary.
• Extensive knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, roofing, concrete, drywall, painting, and site work.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Run crews effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget constraints, and safety standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.
• Conduct daily site inspections and uphold quality control standards.
• Coordinate deliveries, manpower, and logistics for optimal project performance.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and comply with company and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
• Prepare daily reports and updates to track project progress.
