Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Senior Consultant on the project, you will:
- Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Configure Salesforce capabilities, including objects, automation, security, reports, dashboards, and user experiences.
- Partner with architects and technical teams on integrations, data migration, custom development, and scalable solution design.
- Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, testing, deployment, release management, and issue resolution.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.

QualificationsRequired
: - Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or administration experience.
- Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative automation.
- Experience with requirements management, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, integrations, and deployment practices.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 10 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
