Job Summary: The Senior Scheduler will develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate integrated schedules supporting power generation outages, maintenance activities, and capital projects at Tulsa and Riverside Power Stations. The position will be shared between both facilities and will require regular coordination and travel between the plants.
The Senior Scheduler will work closely with Plant Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules accurately reflect scope, sequencing, resource requirements, constraints, and key milestones.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain detailed outage, maintenance, and project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Provide scheduling support across Tulsa and Riverside Power Stations based on outage schedules, project priorities, and plant needs.
• Facilitate schedule development and review meetings with plant personnel, project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Perform field walkdowns and review work scope to validate schedule activities, durations, sequencing, constraints, access requirements, and resource needs.
• Update schedules based on actual progress and communicate schedule status, critical-path impacts, milestone risks, and emerging issues.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines and perform schedule variance, trend, and performance analysis.
• Develop recovery plans, what-if scenarios, and schedule-compression options when milestones are at risk.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress curves, milestone reports, schedule-performance reports, and executive-level updates.
• Coordinate schedule integration across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, procurement, contractors, and project teams.
• Maintain accurate schedule logic and ensure activities are properly linked and supported by defined work scope.
• Identify resource conflicts, schedule constraints, long-lead material risks, and work-sequencing issues that could affect outage or project execution.
• Support schedule and cost integration, including Schedule Performance Index and Cost Performance Index reporting, when required.
• Support continuous improvement of outage and project scheduling practices across both plants.
Required Qualifications • Demonstrated proficiency with Primavera P6 (5 years experience), including development, baselining, updating, and analysis of integrated schedules.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining complex project or outage schedules.
• Working knowledge of critical-path scheduling, schedule logic, schedule baselines, progress measurement, variance analysis, and schedule-risk identification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities across two facilities.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision and collaborate effectively with plant personnel, contractors, Engineering, and project stakeholders.
• Utility, power generation, industrial construction, or major maintenance outage experience is preferred.
Other Requirements • Ability and willingness to provide scheduling support at Tulsa and Riverside Power Stations.
• Ability to travel between both plant locations as operational, outage, and project needs require.
• Ability to perform site walkdowns, including walking on uneven surfaces and climbing stairs or ladders when necessary.
• Availability to work additional hours during outages or other critical project periods.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Education requirement is dependent upon experience as indicated below. Qualified degrees must be in a related field from an accredited university or college and could include Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
- With a High School Diploma or GED, 6 years' qualified experience. (Note: For Cook Nuclear Plant, 6 years of nuclear experience will suffice and a professional or trade certification is not required).
- With a qualified Associate's degree, 4 years' qualified experience.
- With a qualified Bachelor's degree, 2 years' qualified experience required.
