As a Pipeline Scheduler, you will support the successful delivery of large-scale pipeline projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated schedules using TILOS and Primavera P6. Working with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Project Controls, Engineers, and Field Leadership, you will ensure work is planned and sequenced safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual milestones.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and control detailed pipeline construction schedules using TILOS and Primavera P6, from early planning through project completion
• Build and maintain time-location schedules that clearly illustrate pipeline spread movement, production rates, work fronts, crew flow, and geographic constraints
• Establish pipeline construction logic and sequencing with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Field Leadership, and Project Controls
• Integrate engineering, procurement, access, environmental, construction, testing, commissioning, and restoration activities into cohesive schedules
• Track field progress and update TILOS and P6 schedules to reflect quantities, productivity, constraints, and forecast completion dates
• Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, crew conflicts, access limitations, and potential delays; recommend mitigation and recovery strategies
• Align TILOS time-location plans with the Primavera P6 master schedule, including logic, milestones, progress, and forecasting
• Develop look-ahead schedules, production curves, progress reports, schedule narratives, and visual time-location reporting
• Collaborate with Project Controls on progress measurement, quantity tracking, forecasting, earned value, and schedule performance analysis
• Maintain baselines and evaluate schedule impacts from scope changes, weather, access restrictions, environmental windows, and field delays
• Participate in construction coordination meetings, planning sessions, schedule reviews, and client progress meetings
• Support Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality objectives through realistic sequencing, and assist with schedule close-out

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree, Engineering Technology designation, or equivalent pipeline construction, project controls, or scheduling experience
• 2+ years of experience in planning and scheduling for pipeline construction projects, with strong knowledge of linear construction and spread-based execution
• Advanced proficiency with TILOS and Primavera P6, including the ability to integrate time-location schedules with detailed critical path schedules
• Strong understanding of pipeline construction methods, sequencing, production rates, crew flow, and activities from clearing through commissioning
• Ability to interpret pipeline alignment sheets, route maps, construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and execution plans
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess schedule impacts, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions
• Strong communication skills with confidence presenting schedule information to project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic pipeline construction environment
