Project Scheduler / Integrated Master Scheduler to support shipbuilding, repair, and modernization programs. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) utilizing Microsoft Project to support production, engineering, procurement, and program management activities.
Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in a shipyard production environment (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project/P6.
- Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Strong understanding of shipyard production processes, work sequencing, and resource planning.
- Experience performing critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, and schedule performance reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for shipbuilding and repair projects.
- Coordinate schedule activities across Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Program Management teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
- Perform critical path and schedule variance analysis.
- Generate schedule status reports and management updates.
- Support production planning, resource forecasting, and milestone tracking.
- Participate in project and production review meetings.
- Maintain schedule baselines and document schedule changes.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting commercial, government, or military vessel programs.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
Required NoticeCandidates must possess a minimum of five (5) years of direct scheduling experience within a shipyard production environment. Experience must include developing and maintaining production schedules and Integrated Master Schedules.
