Project Manager, Verified RepacksWe9re looking for a
Project Manager to join our Marketplace / Monetization team to run the day-to-day operational engine behind two of our fastest-moving programs: PSA Verified, our branded graded-card repack product, and Vault as a Service (VaaS), our vaulting infrastructure for partners. You9ll be the person who turns approved work into shipped product, clean inventory records, and accurate billing, keeping production, procurement, and reporting moving on a tight monthly cadence.
You9ll work across the Vault floor, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Creative, Marketing, and internal customer teams, and you9ll be the operations-level point of contact for our partners, tracking inventory in and out, communicating shipping updates, and resolving the issues that come up in-flight. If you like owning execution, untangling problems, and being the reason things ship on time, this is your role.
You9ll report to the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Marketplace. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.
What You9ll Do:- Own the production pipeline for PSA Verified end to end: schedule and track every series, keep delivery dates and outstanding items current, run the weekly pipeline review with Vault Operations, and create the withdrawals, packing notes, and order-prep documentation that drive each production run.
- Serve as the operations-level point of contact for partners on both programs, tracking inbound and outbound inventory flow, communicating shipping updates and processing statuses, and coordinating across the Vault and internal customer teams to resolve customer issues and work orders.
- Manage packaging and supplies procurement: place and track vendor orders, submit Purchase Requisitions and shepherd them to a PO, route invoices, and coordinate wire payments with Accounts Payable so no production run is held up on materials.
- Support revenue reporting and billing across both programs: prepare per-order billing paperwork and the monthly Verified invoice tracker to a hard month-close deadline, collect GMV from VaaS partners, maintain the reporting, and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Coordinate design approvals and marketing deliverables, moving box designs through Creative review to written approval before production and getting series checklists published on schedule.
- Be the first line on error handling: intake production, shipping, and inventory problems, triage them, drive them to resolution, and escalate anything with commercial or relationship implications to the Account Manager and Director.
- Keep the program9s trackers, pipeline, and reporting accurate and audit-clean, and pull operational reporting to keep the team current on status.
- Identify and execute on key opportunities for continuous process improvement, including working with tech teams to execute.
Who You Are:Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in operations, logistics, supply-chain, fulfillment, or e-commerce coordination, including end-to-end ownership of a recurring operational cadence.
- Proven ability to juggle many parallel workstreams on deadline without dropping threads; you are organized, precise, and comfortable being the person accountable for things shipping on time.
- Comfort owning partner-facing operational communication (shipping status, issue tracking) and revenue/GMV reporting across a portfolio of accounts.
- Strong Google Sheets / spreadsheet skills, and fluency with ticketing or service-desk tools (such as Atlassian/Jira) and procurement or AP systems.
- A calm, resourceful approach to problem-solving; you like untangling errors and coordinating across warehouse, finance, creative, and external partners to get to resolution.
- High school or equivalent education background preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with trading cards, collectibles, or the hobby market.
- Experience running recurring procurement (PR/PO) cycles, including with overseas vendors.
- Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa.
- Warehouse or fulfillment-floor exposure.
