About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our clients' success.
As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of large-scale, strategic projects, guiding cross-functional teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution. What You'll Do- Lead multiple mid-size to complex projects and programs from concept to completion.
- Partner with account managers, schedulers, and technicians to align schedules and priorities.
- Schedule field technicians for assigned jobs and communicate all relevant project details, such as job site location, tasks to be performed, required materials, and timelines, to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent Velociti with senior-level clients, ensuring expectations are clear and outcomes exceed standards.
- Oversee strategic initiatives and implement governance frameworks.
- Drive risk management, budgets, documentation, and communication with precision.
- Build and inspire high-performing project teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
Who You AreRequired Qualifications- Experience in project coordination, project management or related experience with complex, strategic projects.
- Proven ability to lead collaborative cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
- Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM software.
