Project Manager - Eagle County / Vail Valley
The Role: A Project Manager at Pinnacle Mountain Homes is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of luxury custom construction projects from beginning to end. The role demands a high level of precision, commitment to quality, and client-centric focus. The Project Manager coordinates with clients, architects, designers, and construction teams to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards, within budget and timelines. They must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage the complexities of luxury builds, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to elite construction practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in the luxury sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
This role is based in the Vail Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Satisfaction: Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, ensuring timely completion while upholding the highest standards in luxury custom construction.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all work meets exceptional craftsmanship standards, material specifications, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity of every project.
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage internal teams and external contractors, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving to drive successful project outcomes.
- Budget & Risk Management: Control costs, negotiate with suppliers, manage scope changes, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, specifically with complex custom construction projects.
- Previous experience in residential, hospitality, or mixed-use custom developments is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Internet, and email (Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adjust work schedules as necessary, often within tight deadlines.
- Proven capability to interact effectively with other managers, clients, and vendors, fostering positive working relationships.

What We Offer:
Competitive pay ranging from $120,000 - $200,000 inclusive of volume-based performanceincentives, based on experience & skill level.
