Doota Industrial America is currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful execution of projects, ensuring seamless communication and utmost satisfaction for our clients.

As a valued member of our dynamic and innovative team, you will collaborate on a diverse range of projects, making a significant impact on the ever-evolving telecommunications industry. Based in Taylor, Texas with occasional travel to various job sites throughout the region, you will have the opportunity to expand your horizons and enhance your project management skillset.

Your Impact

  • Define and document the project scope, objectives, and deliverables specific to telecom communication projects.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
  • Develop accurate budgets and cost forecasts aligned with project scope and telecom industry standards.
  • Track and control project costs, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Estimate telecom resource requirements (materials, labor, equipment) and ensure timely procurement and deployment.
  • Create detailed project schedules and task assignments tailored to telecom project phases (design, installation, testing, commissioning).
  • Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and issue escalations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate, establish, and manage vendor and supplier contracts to ensure timely delivery of telecom materials and services.
  • Conduct ongoing project reviews to identify performance gaps, risks, and process improvements.
  • Stay current with telecom technologies, industry best practices, and safety standards, applying them to project execution.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for compliance, client reference, and future use.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays, technical challenges, or budget overruns.
  • Utilize telecom-specific project management tools and methodologies to optimize efficiency.
  • Drive successful on-time project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, construction, procurement, and finance) to ensure seamless execution.

Preferred Credentials & Certifications
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (safety compliance in telecom/construction environments)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification
  • RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) a plus
  • Familiarity with BICSI standards and structured cabling best practices
  • First Aid/CPR certification (preferred for site safety leadership)


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods on construction or installation sites.
  • Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and reach as needed in telecom environments.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of equipment or materials.
  • Comfortable working in varying conditions (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces, elevated platforms).
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.


Requirements

Your Education
  • High School Diploma, GED (Required)
  • BICSI RCDD Certified (Required)
  • Safety-related credentials such as: NESC, OSHA, ANSI, certifications, etc. (Preferred)
  • PMP, Scrum, Agile Certification (Nice to have)
