Full Job Description
The Global Energy, Sustainability, and Automation team is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the deployment of infrastructure technologies across Amazon's fulfillment and logistics network.

The team partners with engineering, operations, construction, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deploy solutions spanning electrical infrastructure, HVAC and building systems, controls and automation, metering, sensing and location technologies, and other emerging infrastructure technologies.

In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent deployment programs from planning through field execution, validation, and operational handoff. You will translate technical requirements into executable deployment plans, coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders, manage schedule and execution risks, and establish repeatable processes that enable technologies to scale across a large and geographically distributed portfolio.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering complex technical or infrastructure projects and operating effectively in environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving technical requirements. Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, controls and automation, material handling equipment, sensing technologies, or other building and operational infrastructure is preferred.

- Manage escalations, installation deviations, field constraints, and rework, driving issues through resolution with appropriate technical and business stakeholders.

- Analyze deployment and audit data, including vendor KPIs, installation quality, schedule performance, and other execution metrics, to identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop working knowledge of technical systems and facilitate root-cause analysis and issue resolution when deployment challenges arise.

- Work across hardware, software, controls, networking, and physical infrastructure interfaces where required to support successful technology integration.

- Develop mechanisms, standard work, documentation, and best practices that improve deployment consistency, quality, and scalability.

- Provide clear program updates, risk assessments, escalation paths, and recommendations to senior leadership and execution teams.

- Use data and metrics to evaluate deployment performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, resources, vendor performance, and execution models.
