About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager, Technology to support the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. This role will manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle - from planning and execution to deployment and support - while partnering closely with internal teams and vendors.

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this individual will play a key role in coordinating work across teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards for quality and communication.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and implementation of assigned IT initiatives using established project management methodologies


  • Manage operational system issues by coordinating with developers, supporting testing efforts, and facilitating deployment through established change management processes


  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on project progress and ensure satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of deliverables


  • Coordinate activities across teams to ensure system updates and changes are executed effectively


  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align tasks and ensure appropriate support structures are in place for project deployment


  • Support tracking and coordination of issue management, contracts, budgets, cross-charges, and monthly reporting


  • Contribute to process implementation and continuous improvement efforts


What We're Looking For

  • BA/BS in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field preferred


  • 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, preferably supporting technology initiatives


  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project tasks and timelines


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


  • Experience supporting issue tracking, reporting, and operational processes


  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under deadlines


  • Experience with project management tools and/or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) preferred
