Overview
• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, proposals, and project budgets
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project requirements
• Oversee multiple electrical crews working on multimillion-dollar projects
• Coordinate field operations, manpower, subcontractors, and project resources
• Develop workflows, installation sequences, and project schedules
• Monitor project progress, labor costs, material usage, deadlines, and quality
• Manage material procurement, requisitions, deliveries, and jobsite needs
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, vendors, field leadership, and project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve scheduling, material, budget, and workflow issues
• Review change orders and modifications to the original project scope
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, electrical codes, and quality standards
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a strong workplace safety culture
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience as commercial electrician preferred

• At least five years of experience managing or supervising multimillion-dollar commercial electrical construction projects
• Strong commercial electrical construction knowledge and field experience
• Proven experience estimating and bidding commercial electrical projects
• Experience managing multiple crews, schedules, budgets, and material requirements
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated history of successful project execution
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, costs, and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve project challenges
• Master Electrician certification preferred
