Job DescriptionSummary/ObjectiveWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, resource management, and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Develop and implement project execution strategies
- Manage project performance and provide leadership and support
- Develop project teams and cultivate talent
- Monitor project progress, budget status, and timelines; report on variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Full project P&L responsibility
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with cost tracking, billing, and preparation of project invoices.
- Manage planning and scheduling construction activities
- Support divisional pursuits and growth strategies

Supervisory RequirementsThis position will have direct reports and supervisory requirements.
Work Environment Additionally, a pressurized environment is the norm.
Employee will be working on heavy civil and highway construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to navigate rugged terrain, climb substantial heights, and work over and on water.
The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time exempt position. This position sometimes requires long hours, holidays and weekend work.
Travel The role could require regional travel within the assigned Division.
Required Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum five years of industry tenure
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Significant field-based project execution experience
- Progressive field-based leadership roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Safety Trained Supervisor Construction Certification
Preferred Education and Experience- Viewpoint experience a plus
- Project management software
- Knowledge of estimating process
Additional Eligibility Requirements- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license prior to employment.
