The Opportunity The
Project Manager for Transmission Line and Substation will function in a project manager capacity. You will own the bottom-line for services projects encompassing HV, MV, LV, underground, and overhead transmission lines. There is also potential to own projects in distribution, private networks, and BESS. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Execute projects that have substantial impact within various communities
- Own a diversity of projects within the electric grid space including both innovative and proven technologies
Please note: This role has 10% travel to project sites. #LI-DM2
Key Responsibilities- Actively promotes the safety culture.
- Responds to RFPs and prepares proposals for services work.
- Leads project team in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects.
- Manages schedule, budget, and scope of services projects.
- Interfaces between the client, external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ability to work in both a corporate and field environment.
Management ResponsibilitiesActs as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.
Preferred Qualifications- 10+ years of relevant industry experience including high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage substations.
- Experience in multiple phases of project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant degree.
- PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Work Environment/Physical Demands- Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.

In accordance with local law, the following Annual compensation range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition: $126,236.00 - $214,599.00
