Overview

Steampunkis seeking aProject Managerwho is creative and is a hands-on expert with delivering innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities will include team leadership for the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery, providingAgile Project Management support and Scrum Master support for Agile teams, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders on prioritzing the backlog, creating release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations, andestablishing technical practices and release management standards that align with the customer's process. This individual will also ensure the team is following, and effective at, Agile scrum processes as well as driving high client satisfaction.

Contributions

Youwill work with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and requirements. Working with our team's Technical Lead, youwill ensure that any designs align with our client's objectives.One of your key functions isto learn how things worked in the past, present data about how things are now, and show how it can improve by creating assets such as system maps and diagrams.

  • 8+ managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches
  • 8+ year experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies
  • 8+ years hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Bachelor27s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence
  • Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
  • Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Experience working in a studio / human centered design approach
  • Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce implementation efforts across the full project lifecycle including planning, backlog and requirements management, delivery oversight, stakeholder coordination, and release management.
  • Experience coordinating closely with product owners, technical architects, and development teams to translate mission and business needs into delivered Salesforce capabilities.
  • Salesforce certification preferred such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Cloud certification, demonstrating familiarity with platform capabilities and delivery practices

  • PMP or PMI CAPM preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master
