ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A PROJECT MANAGER ROLE IN THE CONTRACT FURNITURE INDUSTRY.
-Planning and estimating, project evaluation
-Initiate internal project meetings
-Procure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projects
-Develop project timelines and schedules
--Evaluate building/site conditions
-Provide technical product support
-Specification review and auditing
-Complete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projects
-Develop delivery and product installation phasing
-Field verification
-Review order status
-Attend construction/project meetings and record minutes to distribute to internal team
-Interface with customers, third party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional manner.
-Ensure appropriate field paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner including project folders, punch lists, project journals, field change orders, etc.
-Coordinate pre-installation meetings
-Resolve installation issues
-Obtain customer approval and sign-off on appropriate documents, i.e. delivery tickets, completed punch list forms, field change orders, etc.
-Responsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M. Administrator
-Coordinate punch list issue resolutions
-Close out projects
