Riley Consulting is looking for a Project Manager with experience managing State of CA IT projects. Responsibilities will include:
- working with state staff and project staff to manage delivery of an IT project for a state of CA agency
- managing project budget for a fixed price deliverable project.
- producing deliverables that are delivered within approved timelines and budget.
The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with large system experience (5K+ users). This is a remote position.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years managing IT projects delivered to the state of CA
- 5+ years experience creating deliverables for state of CA IT projects
- 5+ years of Agile development methodology experience
- Active PMI certification (please provide cert #)
- Based in Northern California and able to travel to Sacramento for possible in-person meetings with clients.
Desirable Qualifications- 3+ years of QA and Business Analysis experience. On this project, the PM will wear a number of hats
- 3+ working on public facing web application projects
- Experience as a first or second line manager
