Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience, specifically in Electrical power generation and related industries in North America.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in low and medium voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, PDUs, and ATS.
• Experience managing project scope, costs, schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, including SAP and MS Project, as well as MS Office tools.
• Strong track record of building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure project execution adheres to contracts and internal policies.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, including invoicing and cost tracking.
• Drive project acceptance and ensure contract close-outs are recognized by clients.
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, production, supply chain, and sales.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance project management practices.
