LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A GROWING COMPANY? We are looking to hire a PROJECT MANAGER for our Glen Mills, PA office.

Professional Plumbing Group (PPG) is an agile, solution-oriented organization offering highest level of customer care and solutions to all levels of the plumbing industry.

The Project Manager for New Product Development (NPD) will be collaborating with the team, performing analysis, tracking, research & communication functions essential for the successful launch of new product & resourcing product implementation. Serving as a central source of information for the cross-functional departments involved in the projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage and oversee the schedules and deliverables for NPD and custom projects.
  • Manage deadlines and milestones among stakeholders, teams, and management while communicating this information across the departments.
  • Communicate and collaborate with NPD, Marketing and Sales to keep the cross-functional team informed and aligned.
  • Interact with vendors aligning project schedules mitigating delays.
  • Develop project close out reports detailing key milestones and lessons learned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Project/Product Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of two (3) years' experience as a Product/Project Manager or related experience.
  • Strong written & verbal interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, is a plus
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and product development is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, general business knowledge, multi-tasking ability, strong interpersonal communication skills and flexibility.
