Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our fire business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities:- Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous projects
- Responsible for project execution and successful completion
- Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change order requests, subcontractor change orders, etc.
- Work with other construction trades to ensure projects stay within schedule
- Communicate to operations manager all project status
- Responsible for managing & procurement to ensure budget estimates
Basic Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in the fire protection industry, project management
- 10+ years experience installing and managing fire alarm, security installations
- Experience in managing fire alarm installations, designing fire alarm systems and creating submittal packages
- Experience with FA products such as FCI, Notifier, Firelite, Gamewell, etc. Good communications skills written and verbal
- Knowledge of NFPA and trade standards
- NICET certification
- This position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid driver's license is required
The salary range for this position is
$80,000 to $100,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
