Position Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations and oversee warehouse, storage, receiving, inventory, issuing, delivery, packing, and shipping services.
- Coordinate staffing, work assignments, training, and coverage to meet operational requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer representatives.
- Monitor service quality, inventory accuracy, safety, security, and compliance with applicable Navy procedures.
- Address performance issues, implement corrective actions, and identify opportunities to improve operations.
- Support accurate supply transactions and documentation using Navy ERP and NALCOMIS.
Position Requirements:- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Secret clearance required.
- At least 10 years of recent Naval Aviation supply experience.
- Experience supervising Navy warehouse, supply, or physical distribution operations.
- Extensive Navy ERP and Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) expertise.
- Familiarity with receiving, storage, material delivery, hazardous material handling, and transportation requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to motivate and lead personnel.
