Project Manager, Municipal Engineer (Hybrid)

San Antonio, Texas (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
  • Municipal Engineering, including design of capital improvement projects, grant work, planning & zoning application reviews.
  • Design roads, water, sanitary sewers, and drainage facilities.
  • Preparation of construction plans and specifications, public bid documents, construction cost estimates, and associated construction documents.
  • Ability to evaluate public work issues in municipalities.
  • Ability to address and resolve resident complaints with respect to municipal engineering department inquiries.
  • Ability to manage capital improvement construction projects with respect to deadlines and budgets.
  • Be familiar with State regulations and requirements.
  • Review land development ordinances and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property.
  • Site Investigation and Due Diligence, including reviewing ordinances and utility service research.
